Million Dollar Chat (milliondollarchat.com) is operated by shr.ink OÜ.
This Agreement is between shr.ink OÜ and the company or person accessing or using the Product. This Agreement consists of: (1) the Order Form below and (2) the Framework Terms defined below.
If you are accessing or using the Product on behalf of your company, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of your company. By signing up, accessing, or using the Product, Customer indicates its acceptance of this Agreement and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Framework Terms
This Order Form incorporates and is governed by the Framework Terms that are made up of the Key Terms below and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 2.1, which are incorporated by reference. Any modifications to the Standard Terms made in the Cover Page will control over conflicts with the Standard Terms. Capitalized words have the meanings given in the Cover Page or the Standard Terms.
Cloud Service
Million Dollar Chat is a chat bot and website. Million Dollar Chat provides shared chat context containing 1,000,000 characters. Customers purchase the exclusive right to have one or more values placed into the shared chat context at position(s) chosen at the time of purchase. Visitors to the Million Dollar Chat website speak to a chat bot using the shared chat context to inform its answers.
Order Date
The Effective Date.
Cloud Service Fees
Each character in the shared context has a one-time $1 USD cost. A customer may purchase between 1 and 100 characters per order. The total purchase price is (number of characters) * $1 USD. A purchase guarantees exclusive control over the content at the chosen character positions for the lifetime of Million Dollar Chat.
If exclusive rights to a character cannot be provided on the website, whether due to position conflicts or moderation decisions, a full refund will be provided.
Payment Process
Automatic payment: Customer authorizes Provider to bill and charge Customer's payment method on file for immediate payment or deduction without further approval.
Technical Support
Technical Support is provided on a best effort basis without guarantee.
SLA
The Million Dollar Chat website will include a list of all purchased characters with their corresponding links until at least December 31st 2035. We will endeavour to operate the Million Dollar Chat website beyond December 31st 2035.
The Million Dollar Chat chat bot's availability depends on the availability of chat bot services from our chosen service providers. We endeavour to offer the Million Dollar Chat chat bot as part of the website for the duration of the website's life but no guarantee of availability is provided.
Key Terms
Customer
The company or person who accesses or uses the Product. If the person accepting this Agreement is doing so on behalf of a company, all use of the word "Customer" in the Agreement will mean that company.

Effective Date
The date Customer first accepts this Agreement.
Governing Law
The laws of the State of Delaware.
Chosen Courts
The state or federal courts located in Delaware.
General Cap Amount
The fees paid or payable by Customer to provider in the 12 month period immediately before the claim.
